This was lovely, almost as much as Dunkin & Yaya. So precious! And YES to supporting small bookstores. As an author, I have a long list of bookstores I love to connect with and build a relationship. For me, it's not so much about selling lots of copies of my first book (although that would be lovely), or even the second one. It's about what comes after that. The best way to connect with readers is still to be physically present to sign books, give hugs, share a moment, and take pics.
